The Passing of a Legend

On Friday 29th March 2024, Southsea Lodge lost a legend. Worshipful Brother Ian Noble, our much loved Tyler passed to the Grand Lodge above.

Ian was a unique character, with a wicked sense of humour. He brought love and friendship to all aspects of the lodge and to Freemasonry in general.

Entered Apprentices, Fellowcraft and Master Masons who met him at the door for the first time recall on how friendly and supportive he was to them.

Ian attended all our social functions accompanied by Helen, his wife and Leah, his daughter and always brought fun and frivolity to our functions. He will be missed by All.
